SFE Machine Safety
The process of electrochemical treatment on SFE machines goes on low voltages using the 12% aqueous solution of sodium nitrate (NaNO3), which is environmentally friendly and electrically safe. During the operation of the SFE machine, there are no emissions of any pollutants into the atmosphere that adversely affect the environment and the health of personnel; the safety of SFE machines is impeccable. All supplied models of SFE electrochemical machines comply with the following approved requirements:
- General safety requirements during the entire warranty period of operation, subject to the requirements provided for in the technical documentation for the machine, comply with GOST 12.2.003-91;
- Intersectoral labor protection roles for metal processing during the entire warranty period of operation, compliance with the requirements provided for in the technical and operational documentation;
- The noise characteristics of SFE machines correspond to the values established by the standards “Permissible noise levels at workplaces …” according to GOST 12.1.003-83;
- By the method of protecting a person from electric shock, the machine corresponds to class 01 according to GOST 12.2.007.0-75;
- In terms of fire safety, the safety of SFE machines corresponds to the approved GOST 12.1.004-91;
- Electrical equipment, its installation and operation comply with the Safety Roles for the operation of electrical installations of consumers, the Roles for the installation of electrical installations, the Roles for the operation of electrical installations of consumers;
- SFE electrochemical machines will folfill the requirements for stability parameters, the safety of SFE machines with a short circuit of up to 10 KA;
- According to the requirements of electromagnetic compatibility, SFE electrochemical machines comply with the standards “Electromagnetic compatibility of equipment. Immunity tests. Types of tests” GOST R 51317. 4.1-2000 (IEC 61000-4-1-2000).
